Ohana28 Luxury Hair Extensions Ltd. partners with Royal Mail & DPD for all delivery services.
We offer a variety of delivery options to meet your needs, including Standard, Tracked, and Express delivery.
*Processing Time*
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
For express delivery orders must be placed before 3pm. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day. If you are placing an order on a Friday & next day delivery is required you must select next day Saturday delivery.

*Shipping Costs*
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery option selected.
Orders over a certain amount (as specified on our website) may qualify for free Standard Delivery within the UK.
*Tracking Your Order*
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track your order through our delivery partners website using the provided tracking number.
*Delivery Address*
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our customer service team at Ohanaextensions28@gmail.com as soon as possible. Changes to the delivery address can only be made before the order is dispatched.
*Missed Deliveries and Redelivery*
If you are not available to receive your delivery, our delivery partners may leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection from a local depot.
If the parcel is not collected or redelivery arranged within the stipulated time, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping costs may apply for resending the order.
